Summary: Even though this is a “Temporary” Park, it is a piece of garbage! It is located near Central Winds Park in Winter Springs. It is very difficult to find, and is about a quarter mile West of Central Winds, North off Wagner Point which intersects with 434. The park is in horrible condition, the gates and fencing are falling apart, the bulletin board looks vandalized and is weather beaten, there is garbage everywhere, and even the grounds are torn up! It has Small Dog, Large Dog, Time Out Areas, a Training Area, and a Dog Water Fountain. Humans have a few Benches, a few Tents, a Soda Machine, and a Porto Potty for their use. The day and time will influence the amount of tranquility you’ll have. Weekends are always busier, when we visited during the middle of a week day we were the only people there for about a half an hour. This park is on a big piece of waterfront property and is incredibly quiet. If the city makes it the permanent location it needs to be totally rebuilt, maintained, and has wonderful potential!

- NEVER reach into the middle of a dogfight!!!
- Distract the dogs to divert their attention. A loud whistle, air horn, or a blast of water from a bottle, hose or pan can work.
- DO NOT grab a dog by the collar. Grabbing your dog by the hind legs to pull fighting dogs apart is preferred.
- Call for help if needed.
- Keep all dogs apart until they have calmed down.
- Use Time Out areas
