The phone was answered after four rings. The man on the phone stated his name and asked how she could help me.
2. If you were placed on hold, did the salesperson return within a reasonable amount of time? (ex. 2 minutes)
I was never placed on hold and was given his total attention.

He gave me quick answers and knew what pups he had at his store. I asked about pugs and was told he'd have more at the start of the month. The owner was happy to answer my questions about his puppies. He stated there was a 1 year warranty on the purchase of a puppy and that it was AKC registered. If I bought a puppy as a surprise gift and my girlfriend wasn't thrilled about my choice, that he'd let me bring the puppy back with 24 hours and let her choose another. He told me that once I bought the puppy, there was no refund.

His attitude was fine, and a bit pushy as he tried to keep suggesting dogs I had no interest in.
