1. Was the store clean? Rate the cleanliness. 1 2 3 4 5 (Munchie Rated it 4)
The store was clean, not immaculate. The store was filled with merchandise and I didn't notice anything of concern.
2. Did the salesperson acknowledge you within a reasonable amount of time? Yes/No (Munchie said No)
I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. After looking around myself, I asked the only worker I saw, a girl named Felicia to help me.
3. Was the person knowledgeable about the products/services? 1 2 3 4 5 (Ruffly Rated it 5)
She led me to exactly what I asked for.
4. Was a good selection of products/services in the store? 1 2 3 4 5
(Ruffly Rated it 5)
The store appeared to have a large and varied selection of products. So much so, the store was a bit cluttered.
5. Were the prices reasonable? 1 2 3 4 5 (Ruffly Rated it 4)
What I purchased seemed reasonable. I didn't look at much.
6. Was the return policy reasonable? 1 2 3 4 5 (Ruffly Rated it 4)
The return policy is printed on your receipt and gave you 10 days. I didn't notice one at the register or anywhere else.
7. Did the salesperson have a positive attitude? Yes/No (Ruffly said Yes)
Felicia was pleasant. She wasn't chatty, but friendly enough
Final Report
The store had a large selection of both products and small live animals. It was understaffed and cluttered. Felicia said one other person was back in the fish area. I never saw the other person. The store has so much merchandise, that you couldn't navigate the store easily. The management needs to work on their displays and store layout. I would shop there in a pinch, but not as a regular customer. |
