Watchdog Case # 7 "Here You Feel Warm and Fuzzy!"

The phone was answered after eight rings. The girl on the phone stated her name and asked how she could help me.

2. If you were placed on hold, did the salesperson return within a reasonable amount of time? (ex. 2 minutes)

I was never placed on hold and was given her total attention.

She had a thorough knowledge about all the policies and fees about having your dog stay at their hotel. She told me the pet fee was only $20 over your room rate, no size restrictions, and if you didn't have a crate, they had a cute sign you could put on your door to alert the staff to be aware of your pet. Even after my questions were answered, she gave further information about perks included in the price of your suite.

4. Did the salesperson have a positive attitude? Yes/No

She was superbly cheery, and very helpful all aroundl!

I would be very happy to have this girl work for me! She would have closed my sale. She convinced me booking a room at their hotel for me and my dog would be the best decision I could make! The rates were more than fair, and they really seemed to think about the important things that would be critical to a stress free stay at their hotel.

Final Report

Dogtective Munchie was incredibly impressed with Brittany as a representative of Embassy Suites! She knew her company's policies, she was pleasant, she went the extra mile in offering more features of booking a room, and was simply fantastic! This Dogtective suggest you stay at Embassy Suites when you visit Orlando with your pet!
