The phone was answered within a minute. The girl on the phone stated her name and asked how she could help me.

I was placed on hold for about a minute as she checked on the item and prices.

She had a general knowledge as to the fact that they carried training collars. I also asked about a two-handed lead and she had no idea.

She was helpful, willing to answer questions and proactive in getting me answers fast.

 

Final Report

Dogtective Munchie's first assignment was a pleasant and positive one! Petco had a helpful employee who wasted no time in getting fast and accurate answers. The manner in which the employee handled things on the phone would have done enough to get this Dogtective to visit the store and make a purchase!
