1. Was the store clean? Rate the cleanliness. 1 2 3 4 5 (Ruffly Rated it 4)
The store was clean and inviting. There were many people in the store at
this hour and all of the staff was busy. There was a line forming at the
front for cashier services.
2. Did the salesperson acknowledge you within a reasonable amount of time? Yes/No (Ruffly said No)
I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. No one even looked in my general direction while in this store. After five minutes I asked a member of the staff (she had no nametag) if I could get some help. She didn't respond to me.
3. Was the person knowledgeable about the products/services? 1 2 3 4 5 (Ruffly Rated it 1)
It was hard to make a judgement about this since I was never even acknowledged.
4. Was a good selection of products/services in the store? 1 2 3 4 5
(Ruffly Rated it 4)
The store had a large selection of dogs. There were also other
animals available. There were also many different types of pet supplies
available in the store.
5. Were the prices reasonable? 1 2 3 4 5 (Ruffly Rated it 2)
I thought that the selection was a bit overpriced. There were some items on
sale, but overall the prices were high in my opinion.
6. Was the return policy reasonable? 1 2 3 4 5 (Ruffly Rated it 5)
The return policy is clearly stated in the store.
7. Did the salesperson have a positive attitude? Yes/No (Ruffly said No)
The staff wasn't negative. The problem was that I was not acknowledged. I understand that stores can become busy, but the service was poor due to a lack of acknowledgement and assistance.
Final Report
The store was very well stocked and full of beautiful animals. However,
the lack of a timely greeting and no acknowledgement hurt this store tremendously. There is a real need for this store's staff to realize
that everyone that goes into their store deserves to be noticed and helped. |
