This store was extremely clean. It was very well taken care of and
maintained.

Shellie greeted me as I came in the door. She was very friendly and
knowledgeable about grooming.

3. Was the person knowledgeable about the products/services? 1 2 3 4 5

Shellie was very concise about her services. She answered all of my
questions about grooming my Bearded Collie. She took the time to look and
feel his coat before making suggestions about the best way to groom him.

The store had different types of supplies ranging from leashes to dog food.

Some of the products did seem a bit overpriced to this officer. However
there were no prices that seemed extremely expensive.

The return policy is clearly stated in the store.

Final Report

It is my opinion that Shellie's Grooming and Supply is a wonderful place to bring your pampered pooch. Shellie and her staff were very informative and attentive. Paw-ficer Ruffley was very pleased with the level of service provided by Shellie's Grooming.
